Having highly benefited myself from complementary therapies, I decided to learn about this subject by attending a course in Anatomy & Physiology and Holistic Massage at the Richdales Institute in Hammersmith. I am pleased to say that I am now a qualified I.T.E.C Holistic Massage Therapist and a member of the Complementary Therapist Association.

My interest in Complementary Therapies grew even more, hence, I added Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage to my qualifications and qualified as a Reiki Practicioner as well.

 

The principle belief of holistic therapies is based on

"Prevention is better then cure"
